The European Coatings Show (ECS) plus Adhesives, Sealants, Construction Chemicals is the leading exhibition for the international coating and paint industry happening every two years. With the 2021 edition being canceled due to the covid-19 pandemic, the fair is set to open its doors for worldwide visitors on March 28-30, 2023, four years after the last show, in Nuremberg, Germany.

Highlights about ECS
Since its premiere under the name of “Farbe und Lack” in 1991, ECS has developed into today’s biggest and most important event in the world for the coatings industry. The event set new records in 2019 with 1.156 exhibitors. The very large international share of 69% for exhibitors and 64% for visitors also emphasizes the importance of the European Coatings Show as the world’s leading exhibition. Various producers, formulators and industrial processors will showcase their binders, adhesives, pigments, construction chemicals, inks, fillers, dispersions, additives, as well as laboratory & production or testing & measuring equipment.
Besides the exhibition itself, professionals are also invited to attend the ECS Conference scheduled for March 27-28, 2023, and the pre-conference tutorials delivered on Sunday afternoon, March 26, at the same location – Nürnberg Messe (Messezentrum).
