Press release: Nordic Grafting Company A/S presents its new Acti-Tech™ compatibilizer 08MA18 high flow grade at FAKUMA 2018
Copenhagen, October 11, 2018 – Nordic Grafting Company A/S (NGC) will be introducing a new high flow grade to its proprietary range of Acti-Tech compatibilizers, grafted with a very high level of functionality, at the 26th FAKUMA, taking place from October 16 to 20, 2018 in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
NGC will attend the exhibition on the ExxonMobil Chemical booth B5-5319 and will present its Acti-Tech compatibilizer innovative range of Maleic Anhydride (MAH) grafted Vistamaxx™ performance polymer. These new solutions are produced under licence of ExxonMobil Chemical allowing NGC to utilize their patented technologies for grafting the Vistamaxx performance polymers for the best high quality.
The Acti-Tech compatibilizer addition
Acti-Tech compatibilizer 08MA18 is a high grafted MAH solution enhancing compatibilization and adhesion in a wide variety of applications, meaning that higly filled formulations become significantly easier to process while wood composite or natural fiber compounds receive an increased impact resistance.
Additionally, Acti-Tech compatibilizer 08MA18 enables melt impregnation combining an excellent bonding on polyester yarns or carbon fiber fabrics with a high melt flow rate (MFR) of 80g/10min.
NGC has been expanding its field of expertise through the development of the Acti-Tech compatibilizers and an ever increasing number of projects in compounding and recycling. New possibilities in tailored formulation and process are evaluted by the technical team based in Denmark and France.
Come to meet our experts at the 26th FAKUMA, exhibition hall B5, ExxonMobil Chemical booth B5-5319.
