ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification validates that a management system, manufacturing process, service, or documentation procedure has all the requirements for standardization and quality assurance. It is an independent, non-governmental, international organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems.
All standards within the ISO 9000 family refer to quality management. ISO 9001 is among ISO’s best-known standards, and it defines the criteria for meeting a number of quality management principles. It helps as a business to be more efficient in daily activities and improve customer satisfaction.
Part of the ISO 14000 family of standards on environmental management, ISO 14001 is a voluntary standard that our organization has chosen to certify to. Integrating it with other management systems standards, ISO 9001, we will be able to further assist our suppliers and customers in orchestrating the supply chain in an environmentally friendly way.
